How it works
1. Connect your Linear workspace
Authorize Custory to access the relevant teams and projects through OAuth. Credentials are encrypted and stored securely.
2. Create issues from journey steps
Turn pain points and ideas into Linear issues without retyping context or copying links between tools.
3. Track progress
Follow status updates directly from the journey map so research and delivery stay aligned.
Permissions
Custory requests the following permissions from your Linear workspace:
- Read access: View teams, projects, labels, and issue statuses.
- Write access: Create issues from customer journey steps.
Access can be revoked at any time from Linear or from Custory's integration settings.
Security & privacy
- OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
- Tokens are stored securely and never exposed to clients.
- All API calls use HTTPS with industry-standard security controls.
- Custory only accesses data required to power the integration.
