Journey map and Table views give you a clearer choice between following the experience from left to right and reviewing customer knowledge in a denser working surface.

Personas are easier to reach from a journey, keeping the people behind the experience close to the moments, insights, and decisions that affect them.

Filters now match the item type you are working with. When you switch between touchpoints, insights, opportunities, solutions, and metrics, Custory shows the properties and statuses that apply to that type. This makes it easier to focus on the right slice of the journey without carrying irrelevant filters across views.

We also refined table, grid, and matrix controls; empty states; item and editor layouts; sidebar navigation; notifications; and responsive behavior throughout the app.
