Getting started with Custory now begins with the outcome you want to improve. Tell us about your role, what you want to do first, and your company or product.

Add a website and Custory can use that context to create a first structured journey. If you do not have a website to share, add product context instead. The result includes the journey structure and a deliberately lean set of starter items, giving your team something concrete to validate and improve rather than an empty workspace.

You can open and explore your first journey before choosing a plan.

New in-product guides also introduce the journey editor, Building Blocks, and automation builder in context. They show where customer moments, reusable knowledge, and trigger-to-action workflows fit, so teams can start building from the journey sooner.
