We expanded the journey templates so teams can start from a pattern that already fits the job they want to do. Instead of rebuilding the same journey structure every time, they can begin with a template that reflects a common product workflow and then adjust it to the specifics of their team.
## What's New
**Broader template coverage.** Templates now include SaaS onboarding performance, retention and churn risk, feedback to roadmap, product-led conversion, VOC to product action, founder customer loops, research-to-journey systems, support volume reduction, and expansion or account growth.
**Practical starting structures.** Each template gives teams stages, steps, personas, and journey items that are ready to edit into a living system.
**Less setup overhead.** The templates reduce the amount of blank-page work required before the team can start inspecting, prioritizing, and improving the journey.
