We made attached files more usable inside item details. Instead of forcing users to open every document in a separate tab just to inspect it, Custory can now preview common file types directly in the product.
What's New
Preview text attachments in place. Text-based files can now be opened and read directly from the item details panel.
Preview PDFs inside Custory. PDF attachments can also be viewed without leaving the current workflow.
Faster evidence review. Users can inspect supporting files more quickly while staying in the context of the journey item they are working on.
Why it matters
Attachments often hold the evidence behind an insight, opportunity, or solution. In-app previews reduce the friction of checking that context, which makes item review feel faster and more connected to the rest of the journey work.
