Automation Templates and Better Scheduling

We expanded automations with ready-made templates and stronger scheduling controls. Teams can now start from common workflow patterns instead of building each recurring process from scratch, and they have clearer support for how those workflows should run over time. ## What's New **Automation templates.** Teams can start from templates for Slack, Discord, PostHog, Linear, Jira, and GitHub workflows. **Recurring journey workflows.** Templates cover weekly journey pulses, daily focus checks, PostHog event drift updates, quick-win routing, priority follow-up, and GitHub merged PR journey refreshes. **Better scheduling controls.** Timezone handling is clearer, and recurring workflows are easier to set up and keep aligned with the team’s working hours. ## Why it matters Journeys go stale when upkeep depends on someone remembering to check every signal by hand. Templates and better scheduling give teams a more practical path to recurring maintenance, team updates, and follow-up work that stays tied to current customer context.
